Our client, a top 20 Chartered
Accountancys currently has an opportunity for a Corporate Finance Executive
to join their Thames Valley office. The Corporate Finance department advises on all financial
aspects of fund raising, disposals and acquisitions whereby most transactions
are in the range 1m to 10m. You should be recently qualified ACA with
excellent interpersonal skills looking to make their first move in to the
world of Corporate Finance.

In a general sense, an Executive must be able to assist the Manager in
the handling of all but the largest transactions; must interface with client
management, financiers and other professionals. The successful candidate will be assisting the Manager in
the management of a portfolio of assignments, conduct company, market and
sector research to support transactions, be responsible (with the Partner and
Manager) for the smooth running of the Corporate Finance Unit and prepare
selling documents for presentation to financiers in support of corporate
finance assignments. As you can see this is a challenging, diverse and
exciting role!
