Corporate Finance, Lead Advisory Manager

Do you have solid and extensive experience within a Corporate Finance role whereby you have gained confidence in communicating with clients? If you have, our client who is currently one of the UKs Top 25 accountancy firms are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager to join their established Corporate Finance function in the Thames Valley area.

You will be advising private companies, banks and wealthy individuals on acquisitions & disposals is an integral part of this role. Additionally, you will investigate corporate restructuring & management buy-outs on behalf of your clients and of course prepare due diligence reports. Reporting into the Corporate Finance Partner, this is a great prospect for a motivated and conscientious individual to advance in their career, particularly as there are opportunities of partnership for the right candidate.

You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience of Corporate Finance and Advisory work at other professional practices, including working with solicitors on purchase and sale contracts & warranties as well helping to negotiate deals.
