Job Description:
Finance Manager required for large international Not for Profit organisation
Roles / Responsibilities:
Based in the heart of the City your role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will incorporate the following duties:
- The management and motivation of a small team of accountants within one division of the organisation
- Complete financial management for this division, and answering queries from overseas counterparts
- The production of the monthly management accounts and reports for the division, to include balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting and cash flow analysis
- Annual budget setting for division, to include cash flow forecasting and regular review
- Responsibility for inter company reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of all financial data
- The monthly consolidation and reporting on divisional results and finances
- Assisting with the Year-end audit, preparing schedules, liaising with Auditors, etc
Skills / Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- An experienced user of Oracle
- Strong user of Excel
- A strong man manager
- Excellent Financial and Management accounting experience
- Self motivated individual, with a keen eye for detail and a pro-active approach to work
- A strong communicator, with experience of working with individuals at all levels within a corporate structure
