Job Description:
The main purpose of the role is to assist in all aspects of financial management of the division, to include the maintenance of financial records, financial reconciliations and the provision of support to budget holders.
Roles / Responsibilities:
¿ To assist with the preparation of the statutory financial statement and liaise with the group¿s auditors during the audit of those accounts.
¿ To assist in the provision of financial services to budget holders, to include preparation of budgets, budgetary control and monitoring information, day-to-day financial administration and regular meetings with budget holders as required.
¿ To ensure the reliability of reports by regularly reviewing and monitoring I & E, balance sheet and analysis codes and reconciling accounts.
¿ To assist with the provision of regular budget monitoring information in accordance with agreed timescale, and provide consistent and reliable information (for both budgets and actual outturn) in accordance with the agreed timetables.
¿ To supply information to support the production of the financial plan.

¿ Flexibility in organising and attending meetings at any of the association¿s offices.

¿ Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
