Job Description:
As Financial Operations Services Director you will:
- Drive the Service Delivery Strategy for Transaction Processing Services
- Drive change throughout the business through more efficient, effective, and well controlled financial processes.
Roles / Responsibilities:
As Financial Operations Services Director you will:
- Liaise with the IT leaders at the business to appropriately prioritize investments in supporting systems (including SAP) at a strategic level
- Liaise with leaders throughout the business to understand and influence business strategy
- Establish a formal governance programme to engage your stakeholders in the process of providing high quality service delivery
- Report to the Stakeholders on overall evaluation of the services within your scope.
- Ensure the resolution of issues raised by operations are escalated to various business leaders.
- Ensure (SLAs and KPIs) are achieved.
Skills / Experience:
The role of FInancial Operations Services Director will require:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking for effective business process improvement and change within the finance function to thoroughly support the business
- Project Management experience
- Proven ability to understand Finance and accounting operations and processes
- Strong decision-making ability
- ERP, SAP and IT competent/literate;
