Corporate Recovery Senior Manager

My client in one of the most forward thinking corporate recovery organisations in the North West. With an enviable track record of growth, they are seeking to continue their undoubted success with the appointment of a Senior Corporate Recovery Manager to supplement the team.

• Ensure all aspects of cases are progressed efficiently
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to current legislation, best practice and internal policies and procedures
• Review of Case Budgets, Teams billing/cash targets a monthly basis
• Develop personal contacts with existing work providers and other professionals within the Recovery/Insolvency market.
• Involvement in the marketing of the Department
• Interviewing potential new members of staff.
• Ability to carry out pre-insolvency work including preparation of independent solvency reviews and independent business reviews

In addition, you will have strong interpersonal skills, be a proven motivator of staff and be committed to building a strong team environment. You will have communication skills both written & oral and be able to provide professional advice and present findings in a clear and concise way.
