Finance Analyst

Working within a FTSE 100 company as part of the UK Investment team responsible circa £1b capital expenditure

Job Description:

The Finance analyst will interact with finance, construction and asset management on a daily basis.  They will utilise their financial skills and experience to drive performance in relation to the effective challenge and reporting of Alliance related Investment.

Roles / Responsibilities:

The finance analyst will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Contact point for the Finance Manager¿s
- Attend forecast meetings
- Production of data for use in the meeting and notes on forecast movements, risks and opportunities
- Ensure all monthly invoices are verified, approved and paid within the terms of the contract.
- Ensure appropriate recovery rates are calculated for purposes of clearing the holding accounts and reflecting appropriate levels of core costs
- Review and maintain monthly reporting and commercial meetings.

Skills / Experience:

- Financial, commercial, or project accounting experience

Education / Professional Qualifications:

- Qualified or working towards an accounting qualification
