Nigel Lynn are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a leading not-for-profit organisation. The role is to cover maternity and is expected to last 12 months.
Job Description:
As part of the busy Performance section of the Finance Department, main duties will be to:
· Provide day to day management for the Performance Team
· Liaise with our senior management team to ensure budgets, monthly management accounts and performance information are robust and produced in a timely manner
· Produce the Annual Statutory Accounts and be a lead with the Internal and External Auditors
· Develop opportunities to become efficient and deliver value for money.
· Develop ideas to improve performance throughout the Trust
· Lead the Annual Budget Process and assist the Senior Management Team in this process through to the updates of the Trusts Business Plan
· Lead the Performance Team with the completion of the Annual Service Charge statements
