What exactly is Temping and Interim working?
There are several different ways of defining what exactly temping or interim working means.  It can be referred to as freelancing, interim, temporary, contract or consulting. No matter how it is referred to, they all essentially mean the same thing - someone employed by Nigel Lynn who works on-site at our client's office on a temporary basis and is paid on an hourly, daily or annualised pro rata basis.  Payments are made directly through the Nigel Lynn payroll.
