COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Prize
The prize consists of 5 European return flight vouchers (to selected destinations and via selected airlines) including taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, liabilities, losses, charges and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by him/her in the connection with the prize. The winner will not be entitled to substitute or redeem the prize for cash or other items.
2. Conditions of Entry
The free prize draw is open to all residents in the mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) aged 18 or over. There is a limit of one entry per person. To be valid, each entry must be from an employee of a company or organisation that has not used la crème UK or Nigel Lynn in the 12 months prior to 23rd of June 2008 to fill temporary vacancies within their company and also consent to the Promoter (‘Premier Group International’) enabling it to contact the entrants with regard to available candidates from time to time. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the address at Rule 3. Proof of posting or emailing will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Entries which do not meet these conditions in full will not be included in the draw and the Promoters decision will be final in this regard. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry methods
From and including 23rd June 2008 (‘the Start Date’), a valid and up to date CV and consent to the Promoter enabling them to contact the entrant in relation to job opportunities must be submitted via email to marketing@premiergroup.ie or by post to Premier Group, Hanover House, 85/89 South Main Street, Cork, Ireland.. Entries must reach the Promoter no later than 12pm Friday 18th July 2008 (‘the End Date’). By submitting their entry and consent entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid. All valid entries will be included in the draw.
4. Winner
The winners will be chosen from valid entries received between the Start Date and the End Date by a random draw conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer on the 21st July 2008. There is one winner per draw and one prize (consisting of 5 return flight vouchers as described above) per winner. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Winner announcement
The winners will be notified personally within 28 days of the relevant draw being held. The name of the winner and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the End Date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the address in Rule 3 above, requesting details of the winning entry.
6. Data Protection
Any personal data submitted by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of operating the free prize draw promotion and for contacting entrants if a suitable candidate becomes available for their organisation. By submitting their enquiry, entrants agree that the Promoter may contact them about available candidates from time to time and Entrants also accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winner of this draw and for related promotional activity surrounding the award of the prize.
7. Disclaimer
Neither the Promoter, nor its officers, servants or agents will be liable for failure, cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this draw. The Promoter reserves the right to declare the draw void if it believes the integrity of the draw has been breached in any way or in the event of war, terrorism, earthquake, catastrophe or other event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
8. Excluded Entrants
The draw is not open to persons under the age of 18 years, employees of the Promoter, its families, (spouses, children, parents, and siblings) or anyone else connected with the draw. Furthermore, the draw is not open to agents, any of the Promoter’s wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this draw.
9. Governing Law – The Laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and the English Courts have sole jurisdiction. 10. The Promoter

European Flight Voucher
ThE voucher entitles you to a return economy flight, including airport taxes to one of the listed destinations via our selected airlines.
Any applicable supplements are excluded and are payable on confirmation.
Destinations are selected airports in Dublin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfort, Venice, Madrid.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Offer open to mainland UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) aged 18 and over.
2. This voucher entitles the recipient to one return economy flight, including airport taxes and charges, to selected airports at one of the following destinations Dublin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfort, Venice, Madrid with selected airlines.
3. The departure airport for this promotion will be either London (all airports), Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol. Some departure airports may incur an additional supplement.
4. Under the terms of this offer, WIN | WIN may not offer flights to all the destinations from the listed departure airport. WIN | WIN also may not offer all flights direct from the departure airport to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and/or a short stopover.
5. The routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel and airline used. The airline used will be at the discretion of WIN | WIN. All flights are subject to promotional availability.
6. Any additional extras, such as supplements, transfers or airport parking etc. must be paid for in full at time of booking.
7. Additional passengers may travel and can pay the standard airfare and taxes that apply at the time of booking.
8. Only one voucher may be used per firm and per booking and only one application may be enclosed per envelope.
9. The voucher holder must give THREE alternative destinations and THREE different months of travel on their flight application form. Applications not completed in this way will not be processed.
10. All credit card payments for chargeable supplements etc are subject to a 2% charge.
11. It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. WIN | WIN will be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements but this is not compulsory. However, WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. By confirming a booking with WIN | WIN you are agreeing, on behalf of all passengers, to this contract. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept this on your application form; please do so to ensure that WIN | WIN can process your application.
12. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to arrange Passport and Visa requirements. You must ensure that you have at least 6 months validity after the return date back to the UK.
13. The application instructions (how to apply) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described. Original vouchers only.
14. No cancellations or amendments by the voucher holder are possible after confirmation of your booking. No refund of any monies paid will be possible.
15. Neither the Promoter nor WIN | WIN can be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to flight schedules, routes and destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, terrorism, earthquake, catastrophe or other event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
16. A minimum of 45 days advance notice before your requested months of travel is required. The lead name on the booking must be aged at least 18. A maximum length of stay of 30 days applies.
17. There can be no guarantee that we will have your requested choices of destinations and/or dates available at time of booking, nor can we guarantee travel on a specific route or on a specific date.
18. This voucher can only be used by the person to whom it is issued and cannot be resold or given away.
19. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
20. Proof of posting is not acceptable as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged application forms. Please be aware that it is not possible for the Promoter or WIN | WIN to replace this voucher if it is lost.
21. Flight applications must be received by 22nd August 2008 and all travel must be completed by 15.02.09. This offer is not valid for travel during the Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holiday periods. Applications received after the closing date of 22nd August 2008 cannot be processed. WIN | WIN will be able to investigate complaints or queries up to 60 days after the closing date of 22nd August 2008. Once the 60 days have passed, we will not be able to provide any further investigations and the offer is deemed closed.
22. The flight offer is subject to promotional availability. Availability can be affected by a number of reasons beyond the control of WIN | WIN. These include adverse weather conditions, fuel increases, terrorist activities, political incidences, supplier change of ownership, supplier insolvency and airline operational difficulties.
23. The voucher holder will be contacted with an offer of an outbound and return flight. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm acceptance immediately. Flights cannot be held on your behalf.
24. Please be aware that the airline companies may be running their own unrelated reduced flight offers at the time you are applying with your voucher. It is always worth checking to see whether any of these offers are available before you use your flight voucher and whether you could make better savings.
25. Cancellations and No Shows:
Any confirmed booking which is either cancelled or the passenger does not show up for the flight are subject to an administration charge. The charge will be €25 where the passenger cancels within 48 hours of scheduled departure, and €50 for passengers who fail to show up for their flight.
26. This voucher is issued by WIN|WIN, 56 Dartmouth Square, Dublin 6. WIN | WIN also may not offer all flights direct from the departure Airport to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and/or a short stopover. The departure airport and routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel and airline used. The airline used will be at the discretion of WIN | WIN. Other departure airports may be available at a supplement. All flights are subject to promotional availability.
Take family and friends
Only one voucher may be used per firm and per booking and only one application may be enclosed per envelope. However, your flight voucher also allows a second passenger to travel with you from GBP£105 return plus airport taxes and charges, and any applicable supplements if traveling from other airports.
